Welcome to Lightning Job Search (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, tools, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Lightning Job Search Is

Lightning Job Search provides tools that help users discover and launch optimized job searches, including hidden or advanced LinkedIn job search queries, Google job search query builders, and tools that surface newly posted job listings faster.

We do not host job listings, act as an employer, recruiter, or hiring agent, and we do not guarantee job placement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Access

Lightning Job Search may offer paid features, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, and/or lifetime access. Specific features and pricing will be displayed at checkout or within the Service.

4.1 One-time purchases

One-time purchases (including “lifetime access” offerings) are charged at the time of purchase. Access is tied to your account and is not transferable.

4.2 Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing period unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account (if available) or by contacting us at the email address below. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

4.4 Price changes

Prices may change at any time. For subscriptions, any price change will take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated, and we may provide notice where required by law.

4.5 Refunds

Unless required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. No Affiliation With LinkedIn or Google

Lightning Job Search is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Google, or any job board.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you use while launching searches.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or misrepresent yourself

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding job availability, response rates, interviews, or offers. Job searching involves many factors outside our control. The Service is provided “as is.”

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and branding associated with Lightning Job Search are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightning Job Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
